Miloš Purić

Dean, Rev. Presbyter Miloš Purić was born in the town of Nova Varoš, the municipality located in the Zlatibor District of southwestern Serbia, on 4 May 1980. Rev. Miloš was raised by blue-collar parents, father Milojko and mother Milica (maiden Marinović).

After finishing elementary school (1995) in Nova Varoš, Rev. Miloš studied theology at Bogoslovija in Cetinje Montenegro which he finished in 2000. The same year he enrolled at Bogoslovski faculty Belgrade Serbia. He graduated the faculty in 2005.

Rev. Miloš was ruled in a deacon’s rank at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church in Hamilton Ontario on December 18, 2005.

On March 12, 2006, he was ruled in the priesthood act at All Serbian Saints Serbian Orthodox Cathedral in Mississauga Ontario.

Rev. Miloš was decorated with the right to wear the Red Belt on February 8, 2010 in Edmonton Alberta, at the diocesan assembly.

From April 1, 2006 to September 1, 2010, Rev. Miloš served in Vancouver British Columbia, at St.Sava Temple.

From September 1, 2010 to December 31, 2017, as the forth Priest, he served in Toronto Ontario, at the Temple of St.Save.

On January 1, 2018, Rev. Miloš is appointed to serve at St. Arsenije Sremac Serbian Orthodox Congregation of Whitby Ontario.


Rev. Miloš is husband of Nataša and proud father of son Bogdan.
